We offer electronic fat bikes and mountain bikes, full-suspension bikes (enduro and dh), downhill scooters and protective gear for the downhill biking. We also have a bike shop with equipment and bikes.

reservations

You can find all the bikes available on our online rental shop. The rental fee is payed upon arrival or beforehand online. You can also the pay the rental fee with sports vouchers. In that case, choose to pay on pickup.

You can also return the bike outside of our opening hours to our bike storage. You can also be in contact with us if you can't find a suitable starting time for the rent.

Routes

There are plenty of nice trails in the forests of Laajavuori that are suitable for e-fatbike rides. At the moment there are no specified marked routes in the area. We offer some route choices in Jyväskylä region as included in rental price. The bike routes are designed with e-fatbikes in mind and are suitable for all. The routes can be found in Nomadi-application. There will be marked spots along the route as places and sights worth a visit.

* Musta Magia (=black magic) of the lakes
* The lean-tos of Laajavuori

Cost Waiver

We recommend getting the cost waiver along with the rent (6€/day per bike). Cost waiver covers all damages during the rent. Cost waiver doesn't cover disappearance or theft. Without the cost waiver you are obligated to cover all damages and parts along with the work in full.

Rent conditions

When renting a bike, you must leave a valid identification or a security deposit. The bike has to be returned in the condition as it was when it handed to you. The person who rents the bike is fully responsible for the bike the whole time of the rent until the bike has been handed back to Laajis. The one who rents the bike is also obligated to compensate all damages and missing parts of the bike and of the equipment.

Guidance and
safaris

Guided safaris for groups, where the skill level of the group will be met with suitable trails and you can concentrate on cycling instead of finding the trails. Because of the electric aid, no one will be left behind. And it is always possible to disable the aid of the most enthusiastic riders of the group. 

We'll tailor the cycling packages to include meeting spaces, dining, sauna and accommodations. Ask for an offer for the guided safari or for the refreshment days.
