RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period for a seasonal winter storage space begins on the ski resort’s first day of operation and ends on the final day the slopes are open.
If the storage space has not been emptied by the end of the rental period, Laajis has the right to break the Tenant’s lock and empty the storage space. The broken lock will not be compensated, and Laajis will charge the Tenant a €50 clearing fee. After the rental period, the contents of unclaimed storage spaces will be handled in accordance with lost property regulations.
ACCESS TO STORAGE AREAS
The Tenant has access to the storage areas during the rental shop’s opening hours.
Access outside of opening hours is subject to an additional service fee and must be agreed upon with Laajis in advance. Laajis does not guarantee access at the requested time.
RENTAL TERMS
The Tenant must pay for the storage space before use, according to the valid price list.
The Tenant stores their equipment at their own risk. Laajis is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items stored in the storage facilities. The storage area is under recorded video surveillance.
The Tenant agrees to follow all Laajis rules and staff instructions.
The Tenant is responsible for keeping their storage space clean and must dispose of any trash properly.
The storage unit may not be vandalised, damaged, or marked, and stickers or other markings may not be attached.
Food items may not be stored in the storage facilities.
Laajis has the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the storage space is left unclean.
Laajis reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the Tenant fails to comply with these terms despite a warning. In such cases, the rental fee will not be refunded.
LOCKS & KEYS
The Tenant is responsible for their own lock and for keeping their storage space locked. Laajis does not compensate for the costs of breaking a lock if it must be removed at the Tenant’s request or if the Tenant has placed their equipment in the wrong storage location.
In lockers equipped with an integrated lock, the key is provided at the rental shop counter. If the Tenant loses the key, Laajis will charge the full cost of replacing the lock.
