Please note! If you ordered multiple season pass with the same order, all season passes included in the order must be redeemed at the same time. We can’t print out individual season passes within the order. If you have loaded the season passes on your own KeyCard, make sure you bring that with you.
When can I redeem/update my season pass for next season?
Season passes must be redeemed from Laajis within the opening hours either before or during the season.
Please note that there can only be one active season pass per KeyCard.
I bought the season pass online and inserted my KeyCard number.
Season pass is loaded to your KeyCard if you inserted the serial number of your KeyCard. In this case, season pass is activated from the first lift usage in the 26-27 season and is ready to use.
Please note that you still have to update the skin of the KeyCard so that it shows your name and the picture. This will also guarantee the many benefits you’ll get with your season pass. You can do this after your first lift usage!
I bought the season pass online but did not insert the KeyCard number.
If you did not insert your KeyCard number, you have to redeem your season pass in Laajis on the spot. Please bring the order confirmation with you (on your phone for example) and a KeyCard if you have one already. If you do not have a KeyCard already, then we will charge the price according to the current prices.

Season passes and KeyCard bought online have to be redeemed from Laajis on the spot. Please bring the order confirmation with you (on your phone for example).
When can I come and buy the season pass?
Season passes for the disounted price is limited to certain quantity and you can get the discounted price by buying the season pass straight away. We don’t accept reservations.
During the off-season we have a limited opening hours. You can reach us during the office hours by calling us (0207 436 436). We will come and open the door for you so you can get your season pass!
How to redeem the season pass?
Season passes bought with sports vouchers must be redeemed on the spot from Laajis. We will need a picture (taken on the spot), your name and contact info.
Please bring your KeyCard with you if you have one already. If you do not have a KeyCard already, then we will charge the price according to the current prices.
When buying the season pass online, make sure you have a clear and recognizable face picture of the user. The picture is uploaded to the system after the purchase. If you did not add a picture online, we will take the picture on the spot when you come to redeem your season pass so make sure you have the user with you. If the user is not present, then make sure you have clear and recent picture of the user with you. The picture is mandatory and we can’t produce the reservation without it.
If you want to pay with sports vouchers, then you mast come to Laajis and pay on the spot. We don’t accept reservations. It’s not possible to pay with sports vouchers online.
You can only pay your own personal season pass with sports vouchers.

We don’t accept paper sports vouchers.
Only one active season pass can be active per KeyCard. We can’t produce the season pass on a KeyCard with an active 22-23 season pass. If you buy the season pass on the spot in Laajis, bring an extra KeyCard with you or buy a new one. If you buy the season pass online, you can load the season pass on to a KeyCard with an active season pass, but updating the skin of the KeyCard is possible when the season 23-24 starts.
Kids under 6 years old ski for free with a helmet on and with an adult who owns a lift ticket or a season pass. If a kid turns 6 years old during the season, then a lift ticket or a season pass is needed.
Opposite the restaurant entrance you can find the lift ticket machine, where you can redeem your season pass 24/7. You will need the QR-code in your order confirmation. The code is scanned on the machine. You can also use the “ticket reference number” on your receipt to redeem the season pass.
